Phil Badcott (Director of Kestrel Training and Management Solutions)

Phil is a professionally qualified and experienced leader, educationalist and tutor and has worked in education and training since 1999 as leader, consultant and tutor. Prior to this he was a senior manager in an international company managing service contracts and field operations.

He has a track record of taking under performing groups and transforming them into effective teams. His experience includes managing and leading staff and teams, process and strategic management, quality assurance, continuous improvement, business planning and Business Excellence (EFQM).

He is a respected trainer and consultant and works with a number of UK agencies and local authorities. His training focuses on active learning and the practical application of management theory.

Phil has a MEd in Learning and Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Learning and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Debbie Warrick (Associate)

Debbie has 16 years experience of education and learning within the public and private sectors ranging from transport to health. Debbie has delivered a range of training including compliance with legislation such as the Disability Discrimination Act, and individual and organisational development training. Debbie has also managed, tutored and trained candidates for Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications in management and supervisory skills. Debbie is a qualified PRINCE 2 project manager with experience also of scoping, research and evaluation. Debbie has written learning materials in a number of formats including web based.

Debbie holds a Diploma in Training Management and the Level 4 Training & Development HR qualification. She is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Debbie Croft (Associate)

Debbie is an experienced Early Years manager and practitioner and was one of the first to achieve the prestigious Early Years Professional Status. She has also worked in the Care industry and as a Sure Start Co-ordinator and Pre-School manager. She is passionate about learning and is now a full time NVQ assessor and trainer in Early Years.

Debbie has a Certificate in Education (incorporating the Diploma in Teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector), has a BA in Early Childhood Studies and is a Member of the Institute for Learning.
