Training that could make your organisation more successful
We believe that our training enables participants to make an immediate impact when they return to the workplace.
Our training is tailored to your needs so we provide an initial free no obligation consultancy where we work with you to identify your priorities.
The training events are interesting, stimulating and memorable. They are up to date, cover the key aspects of the subject and include new ideas that really work. Most of training events last for half a day to minimise the time staff are away from the workplace.
Every event is quality assured and is facilitated by a qualified trainer who is an experienced leader and manager.
Every delegate receives a comprehensive book that can be used time and time again as a handbook about the subject.
Each book also provides underpinning knowledge for those undertaking for example a leadership and management qualification. The events are linked to relevant occupational standards.
We also provide a free online service to delegates for three months after their training when delegates can request support about putting their learning into practice.
